Building a Stronger Digital Foundation
Saitech is proud to partner with the City of Garden Grove, California, on their initiative to modernize and strengthen the city’s network infrastructure. This project reflects the City’s commitment to advancing public safety, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing digital connectivity across municipal departments.
Under this project, the City aimed to upgrade its network with next-generation switches, wireless access points (WAPs), and supporting services — powering both the new public safety facility under the P3 Civic Center Project and replacing aging equipment across other City locations.

The Challenge
The City’s existing network environment included hardware and software from Arista, Fortinet, and Cisco, alongside a hosted SIEM and EDR platform.
While functional, managing multiple OEM ecosystems created challenges around compatibility, visibility, and day-to-day management. The City needed a unified, centrally managed network solution that would integrate seamlessly with existing systems, strengthen security, and simplify IT operations across all facilities — both new and existing.
The Saitech + HPE Aruba Solution
The Saitech team collaborated closely with HPE Aruba to design a unified OEM solution that consolidated multiple technologies into a single, cohesive environment.
The result: a simplified, cloud-managed network architecture offering centralized visibility, enhanced security, and greater scalability — all built on HPE Aruba’s enterprise networking platform.
Key Highlights:
- Unified Cloud Management: Real-time monitoring, configuration, and analytics across all switches and WAPs.
- Next-Generation Wireless Access: Wi-Fi 6E/7-enabled WAPs delivering secure, high-speed connectivity for public safety and administrative teams.
- Advanced Switching Infrastructure: Access and distribution switches supporting PoE++, Layer 3 routing, and redundant power for mission-critical uptime.
- Robust Security & Interoperability: Full compatibility with Fortinet and Elastic.co platforms while enhancing endpoint protection and data visibility.
- Long-Term Reliability: OEM-backed support with 24/7 technical assistance, firmware updates, and lifecycle management for uninterrupted operations.
Unified Simplicity, Long-Term Value
By consolidating multiple OEM environments into a single, unified Aruba network, Saitech helped the City of Garden Grove achieve a simplified IT landscape that’s easier to manage, monitor, and expand.
Saitech Inc. offered more than 75% off MSRP, achieving over $80K in cost savings — maximizing the City’s technology investment while ensuring long-term sustainability and operational excellence.
This strategic deployment reduces administrative overhead, enhances network resilience, and ensures seamless scalability as the city grows. The project underscores Saitech’s commitment to helping public sector organizations embrace secure, scalable, and sustainable technologies that deliver measurable value and lasting impact.
Moving Forward
With this successful collaboration, the City of Garden Grove now has a future-proof network foundation that supports smart city innovation, enhanced public safety operations, and a stronger digital community.
