SEWP Ordering Guide

1. Define the requirementThe customer identifies the required in-scope hardware, software, ITC/AV solution, or related requirement and prepares the necessary agency acquisition information.

3. Apply fair opportunitySEWP VI is a multiple-award GWAC. Ordering activities must provide fair opportunity at the individual order level when applicable under FAR 16.505(b) and their agency procedures. NASA’s SEWP RFQ tools support this process.

4. Issue and route the Delivery OrderThe ordering agency issues the Delivery Order. NASA SEWP PMO reviews, processes, and tracks SEWP orders before forwarding them to the applicable Contract Holder.

5. Order acknowledgment and fulfillmentAfter the order is validated and forwarded by the SEWP PMO, Saitech acknowledges the order and fulfills it according to the Delivery Order, contract terms, and applicable product or service requirements.
