Valued at over $830 K, this contract involves supplying a substantial number of Getac V110 rugged computers along with extended warranties. These durable devices are specifically designed to withstand tough conditions, ensuring city employees can efficiently carry out their duties whether indoors or in the field.
The Getac V110 is a versatile, fully rugged convertible laptop tailored for users who transition between office environments and outdoor work settings. It features an 11.6″ sunlight-readable display with capacitive multi-touch technology and an optional digitizer for precise data input. Powered by 10th generation Intel Core processors, the V110 ensures smooth performance for demanding applications.
Standard configurations include 8GB of memory, expandable up to 64GB, and a 256GB solid-state drive (upgradeable to 1TB). Its robust build allows it to endure 6′ drops, water exposure, dust ingress, extreme temperatures, humidity, and vibrations, making it ideal for varied operational environments. It can also be customized for Class 1 Div 2 applications, enabling safe use in hazardous areas.
To bolster security against data breaches, the V110 offers integrated features such as a smart card reader, with optional additions like a fingerprint reader and HF RFID reader.
With an industry-leading 3-year bumper-to-bumper warranty as standard, the V110 provides users peace of mind against accidental damages.
