Under this project, theĀ CityĀ aimed to upgrade its network withĀ next-generation switches, wireless access points (WAPs), and supporting servicesĀ ā powering both the new public safety facility under theĀ P3 Civic Center ProjectĀ and replacing aging equipment across other City locations.Ā

The Challenge
The Cityās existing network environment included hardware and software fromĀ Arista, Fortinet, and Cisco, alongside a hostedĀ SIEM and EDR platform.Ā
While functional, managing multiple OEM ecosystemsĀ createdĀ challenges around compatibility, visibility, and day-to-day management.
